Fees and Cancellation Policy

Innerflow Psychology works with individuals who are: 

• Privately funded 
• Private health insurance funded 
• Eligible to receive Medicare rebates for psychological sessions 
• NDIS plan managed and self-managed participants 

Innerflow Psychology has a standard fee of $210 for a 50-minute psychological consultation.  

For individuals who have private health insurance, please check with your provider as to what rebate you are entitled to and how many sessions they will cover in the calendar year.  

For individuals are eligible and hold a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP), you are eligible for a rebate of $96.65 into your nominated account from Medicare (the out-of-pocket costs is $113.35). To obtain a current MHTP, please make an appointment with your GP and have the referral and MHTP faxed to Inner flow Psychology. At present, a valid MHTP provides rebates for 10 consultations per calendar year.  

For individuals who are claiming via their NDIS plan, our fee is $222.99.  

Fees for psychological reports will vary, depending on what is required.  

Innerflow Psychology has a limited number of sessions vacancies each week. For this reason, when you make an appointment with Innerflow Psychology, you are reserving this time, and we ask the cancellation policy to be respected.  

• Cancellations of more than 48 hours' notice prior to the scheduled appointment will incur no fee.  
• Cancellations between 48-24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% charge.  
• Cancellations within 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment will incur a 100% charge.  

If you become unwell, we can accommodate these circumstances with a phone or zoom appointment.  

Innerflow Psychology’s scheduling software will also send SMS and email reminders.
